Nyra Bangle

A masterpiece by Mark Davis, this bangle of vintage, bright yellow bakelite has been inlaid with two shades of green bakelite forming a stylized Girih pattern of an eight pointed star. The center of each star is set with smoky quartz in 18k gold. An alternating pattern of peridot and smoky quartz, all individually set in 18k gold, surround each star, and the pattern flows endlessly around the circumference of the bangle. This one-of-a-kind bangle is a spectacular example of Mark Davis's skill in transforming vintage material into contemporary creations that are remarkable for their creativity, precision, attention to detail and quality.
